Primavera Park represents the complete transformation of a former aparthotel into one of the new benchmarks of hospitality in Benidorm. The project stems from the second generation of Primavera Hotels’ ambition to elevate the guest profile, optimize the product, and provide the brand with a clear and differentiated identity in a saturated market.
The intervention combines a strong architectural presence—defined by the building’s curved form and its location facing L’Aigüera Park—with a warm, refined interior design that introduces a new language to the city’s urban hospitality scene. The entrance is resolved through a six-meter-high curved glass element, acting as a symbolic and visual threshold to a fully reinvented interior.
The design proposes an immersive atmosphere in which natural materials, vegetal textures, latticework, indirect lighting, and warm tones articulate a contemporary tropical narrative. Each space is conceived to be functional, elegant, and photogenic, meeting the expectations of a more discerning, design-savvy guest.
The swimming pool, conceived with material continuity between the basin, paving, and planters, becomes a true scenic focal point. The bars—either open to the exterior or immersed in more intimate, intense atmospheres—display a distinct identity while maintaining overall coherence. The guestrooms reinforce this approach with warm restraint, natural wood, matte black accents, and open views of the urban landscape and the sea.
